Opening Hours – Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm
Borders Animal Welfare Charity Shop moved to our new address at 90 Channel Street, Galashiels in January this year. The shop is positioned 2 doors up from Help the Aged and across the road from Poundland. Our back door opens out onto Overhaugh Street opposite the Indian carry out. Cars can stop and drop off donations at the back door – ring the shop door bell and one of the volunteer staff will come and help.
Large items of furniture from suites to book shelves are in the shop downstairs as well as clothes, bric-a-brac, books and jewellery. Smaller items of furniture such as coffee tables and chairs are in an upstairs room that visitors to the shop can look around
Collection and delivery service
Donations that are too large and large furniture purchases from the shop can be picked up or delivered with a phone call to the shop.
